addition to serving up
mouth-watering ribs, brisket, Elgin Hot Sausage, chicken and weekly
soulfood dishes - Ray's vast experience makes us the perfection choice
for all of your catering needs! Our catering service extends far beyond
outdoor picnics - we also cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, cocktail
parties, brunches, and many other corporate and private events, and of
course - all holiday parties.
We'll set
up and serve for
one hour, buffet style so you can enjoy your event. All caterings
include sliced pickles, onions, jalapenos, fresh bread, sauce, plates,
plastic cutlery, and napkins. Tea, sweeteners & lemons included.
(Please note that labor charges may apply to groups
smaller than 150.)
